The registration fee covers conference materials and meals. You are responsible for your travel and accommodation.

1.Online registration process

Click the website https://adc2024shanghai.tiemeeting.com/EN  and then find the "registration" button to register online and fill in the registration information. Online registration will be closed once the meeting has commenced. You can register on site.

-All Participants must upload a valid certificate (e.g. doctor/nurse/medical student/ resident etc.) 

-Payment can be made only after the certificate is verified.

-Registration will be completed after successful payment.

-Early-bird registration deadline is March 1st, 2024.

Registration procedure: After filling in the registration information and completing the payment, the organizing committee will send you a "Registration Payment Confirmation Letter" within 7 working days. Please confirm the registration information. If you do not receive the " Registration Payment Confirmation Letter" 7 days after submitting the registration form, please contact the organizing committee cmacsd@126.com.

Note: Because the registration fee needs to be reconciled with the bank, the organizing committee will send the registration payment confirmation letter by email within 7 working days after the representative successfully pays the fee through the online banking. Payment and security: We will closely monitor the security of the payment platform to prevent anyone from unauthorized disclosure of information and ensure that your personal information and banking information are not leaked.

Participants who have not registered and paid the fee in advance can register and make the payment at the conference site. The site supports three ways to pay the registration fee: bank card, WeChat and Alipay.

Invoice Collection: When you check in, you will receive a paper invoice.

Gentle reminder:When attending the congress, please hold your ID card to check in and receive conference materials and invoices. If you have paid the registration fee but can’t participate in the conference, you can apply for a refund of the paid registration fee, but you need to submit a written application cmacsd@126.com to the organizing committee in the form of an email. Other forms of refund applications are not accepted. Deadline for refund application: 24:00 (BJT), April. 15, 2023. Refunds will be returned via the same payment method.
